It seems like everyone is moving away. Monday morning we say a heart felt "smell you later" to Ben, as he leaves for Toronto to go to school. Since I leave for vacation tomorrow, it was decided that Ben and I would enjoy a nice gourmet meal together tonight. Who better to cook a perfect feast than everyone's favourite vegan chef, Beeps.



Strawberry Balsamic Tofu. Dijon Roasted Potatoes. Fresh Garden Green Beans.



Ben enjoys a meal fit for a king. This king licked the plate clean, can you blame him?



Matt is also moving to Toronto with Ben, but leaves later this week. I don't have any current pics of him, so I guess this really old pixelated one of him will have to do.

Road rash update:


Had a uncomfortable run-in with my bike and trying to jump a pot hole at the last second. Oops!
